Dr. Steve Brown is husband to Lea and dad to three teens – Luke, Ainslea, and Lauren. As President of Arrow Leadership, Steve’s heartbeat is to develop Jesus-centered leaders. Over his seventeen years on the Arrow team – with ten as President – Steve has journeyed alongside hundreds of Christian leaders, leveraging his leadership experience serving in local church, denominational, parachurch and marketplace roles. A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University (HBBA), Tyndale Seminary (MDiv) and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (DMin), Steve speaks and teaches widely and he also creates resources, coaches and consults with leaders, teams and organizations. Steve is also the author of a new book (out April 12), Jesus Centered – Focusing on Jesus in a Distracted World as well as Leading Me – Eight Practices for a Christian Leader’s Most Important Assignment, Great Questions for Leading Well as well as the primary contributor to free leadership e-resources.
